At the frontier of fine dining cuisine trends, 360 Bar and Dining’s Head Chef, Elton Inglis changes menus seasonally, showcasing Australia’s best produce, his style embracing seasonal flavours, whilst at the same time being edgy – which Sydneysiders expect and love. The textures and flavours focus on some of his favourite regional produce, proteins and rich, decadent desserts. Each unique dish has its own individual character stimulating all five senses.
Offering a curated wine list from around the globe and carefully crafted cocktail list Andres Aragon, Food and Beverage Manager and Group Sommelier, and his team have tirelessly refined the 300+ bottle wine-list, now an outstanding menu in Sydney’s restaurant scene. 360 Bar and Dining, has received “Two Glasses” at this year’s Gourmet Traveller Fine Wine Partners Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards 2016.
Our Head Chef, Elton Inglis has over 15 years experience in the industry working in some of the world’s leading kitchens. Having worked alongside culinary figures including Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay, Elton has brought his creative flair to the events kitchen through his bespoke dishes and inspiring attitude. Arrived early and sat on a window table with a bottle of champagne. We were lucky it was a glorious afternoon. We shared the quail, delicious. Enjoyed our own mains, Spanish mackerel & lamb (medium is the only way to eat lamb) & as the sun faded we shared the (perfect) parfait. Service was just right, no hovering & our glasses were never empty. Given the very special location, I think it's great value for money.
This was truly a phenomenal experience! The food was great, but the best thing was the view. We watched the sunset go down and then enjoy the night lights of Sydney while rotating 275 metres high up. Perfect for celebrations and milestones.
In January the sun sets late so we had a great exterior view for most of dinner. Drinks, food and service were simply excellent. We had a great table, with a great view.
