With the summer season in full swing, we are excited to launch our new menu! Masterfully crafted by Head Chef, Elton Inglis, the new menu features vibrant dishes that highlight the best of the latest seasonal produce.
From incredible starters to hearty mains and decadent desserts, there's something delicious to entice every foodie.
Here are 13 dishes from the new summer menu you’ll love…
A perennial favourite, we’ve reinvented our classic seared scallops entrée with the addition of roasted strawberry, prosciutto and black pepper pangrattato. It’s summer in a dish!
2) PEA MOUSSE
A refreshing starter, our green tea mousse with crispy ham hock comes with all the seasoning trimmings like red radish and mint jelly.
Oyster fanatics rejoice! On top of natural pacific oysters, we'll also be serving up a variation with cucumber, basil and wasabi foam, perfect for those feeling a little adventurous.
Sitting atop a creamy mix of green pea purée, our hearty pressed lamb neck now comes with all your favourite seasonal greens like asparagus, broad beans and charred leek.
A dish that tastes as vibrant as it looks, enjoy our seared aylesbury duck breast with a sweet mix of spinach purée, capers, raisins and roasted rhubarb.
6) CHICKPEA (v)
Vegetarians will no doubt love our chickpea panisse, topped with fresh spring vegetables, pea shoots, dukkah and smoked yoghurt.
Who can resist a good pork belly? Our summer version comes with black pudding, le puy lentils, pine nuts purée and yellow peach.
Seafood lovers won't hesitate to order our new roasted black kingfish main, which sits amongst a sea of lemon emulsion, samphire, zucchini and shimeji.
Vanilla cheesecake with white chocolate, strawberry textures and liquorice purée...need we say more?
For the ultimate taste of summer, indulge in our new mango dessert, made of smooth ricotta cream mousse, mango gel, passionfruit, oat & honey crumble...yum!
11) PANNA COTTA
Our new saffron panna cotta is served with a colourful and crunchy mix of pistachio praline, meringue and torched berries, creating an explosion of flavours and textures on the taste palette.
Ever wanted to try a deconstructed carrot cake? Our sweet take on this comes with carrot sponge, mascarpone ice cream, spiced gel and candied walnuts.
There's nothing quite like the satisfying crack you make on a decadent dark chocolate dome. This new indulgent dessert comes with milk foam, raspberry sorbet and honeycomb...sweetaholics won't be able to resist it!
